A new service has been launched in the eGov Mobile app — "Guide to Credit and Insurance History," reports Kazpravda.kz
Users can now track their credit and insurance history, as well as assess their overall creditworthiness online.
The service consists of two sections: "Lending" and "Insurance," which provide current information on previously obtained loans and insurance services based on data from the JSC "State Credit Bureau."
“In the 'Lending' section, the user receives a report on their credit history for the last 5 years, information on active credit obligations, and a credit score (an indicator reflecting the user's creditworthiness). This score is generated based on data from the credit history and helps the user evaluate their credit reputation,” – states the issued press release.
It was also noted that the credit score is purely informational and intended for the user to evaluate their credit behavior.
In the "Insurance" section, users have access to a comprehensive report on previously concluded insurance contracts and policies, as well as information about the bonus-malus class, which affects the cost of mandatory auto insurance.
If there are any questions regarding the received information, users need to contact the lender or insurance company directly.
All functions of the new service are provided free of charge, making the "Guide to Credit and Insurance History" accessible to eGov Mobile users.
To use the service, users need to:
- log in to the eGov Mobile app, go to the "Other Services" section, and select "GCB. GUIDE to Credit and Insurance History";
- consent to the use of personal data;
- review the information on loans and insurance contracts;
- download the credit and/or insurance report;
- if necessary, save files to their smartphone.
The new service was implemented in collaboration with the Ministry of Digital Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan's Committee for State Services, JSC "National Information Technologies," and JSC "State Credit Bureau."
