Homeowners and property owners can now obtain technical conditions for connecting to natural gas online through the eGov Mobile application. This service is available to consumers of JSC "QazaqGaz Aimaq" and is provided free of charge to individuals, as reported by the business information center Kapital.kz, referencing the press service of JSC "NIT."
Technical conditions for gas connection are documents that confirm the possibility of connecting a property to the gas distribution system.
The service can be utilized by the property owner. To do this, the user must fill out all mandatory fields in the form displayed in the application and confirm the information regarding registered property rights.
To obtain the service, the user must:
- log in to the eGov Mobile application and navigate to the "Services" section - "Real Estate and Housing and Utilities" - "Issuance of technical conditions for connection to gas distribution networks";
- specify the type of property and select the asset for connection;
- attach the technical passport of the property;
- indicate the type of technical condition, reason for connection to gas supply systems, and gas consumption;
- choose and add the type of gas equipment, specify the quantity, and click "Continue";
- sign the application using Face ID/Touch ID.
If the application is filled out correctly, the result of the service is the issuance of technical conditions provided by the gas distribution organization - JSC "QazaqGaz Aimaq," or a justified refusal.
According to the current legislation in the field of natural monopolies, a refusal to issue technical conditions is allowed in the following cases:
- lack of free and available capacities, volumes, places, or throughput capacities of the networks of JSC "QazaqGaz Aimaq," necessary to provide the required volume of regulated service;
- absence of networks of JSC "QazaqGaz Aimaq" or other property necessary for providing the regulated service.
The timeframes for providing the service depend on the complexity of the property: for technically uncomplicated properties — 5 working days, for complex ones — 10 working days.
