According to the official page of the agency on Instagram, “Smart Avtobys Aqtobe” LLP, in collaboration with the transportation organizer and the local police service, conducted a raid to identify fare evaders in public transport.

As a result of the inspection, instances of fare evasion were recorded, which served as grounds for administrative liability under Article 622 of the Code of Administrative Offenses.

The agency noted that this initiative aims to enhance the culture of fare payment and prevent violations in this area. Raids will be conducted on a regular basis.

It is noted that a fine of 2 MRP (7,384 tenge) is imposed for unpaid fares.
