How do you prefer to relax during the New Year holidays?
I love a true New Year fairy tale — with snow and a beautiful celebration in a large company. This year, it will be the Dolomite Alps, cross-country skiing, a house with a fireplace, and many friends.
It is commonly believed that businesswomen are very busy and therefore do not have time to choose evening outfits for festive outings. Do you enjoy dressing up?
I do not believe in separating my wardrobe into evening and everyday wear. Fortunately, in my regular life, I do not need to wear a business suit — my work allows me to "live" beautifully every day, so my daily style is something between Smart Casual and cocktail dress code. I can always elevate the "degree of festivity" of my everyday outfit with luxurious accessories, of which I have plenty in my wardrobe.

The TarverdyanT clothing brand has expanded its reach; we are now officially represented in Europe and will soon enter the Middle East.

The kids study abroad and are eager to come home — to enjoy skiing, cozy gatherings, and each other’s company. The best holidays are when the house is filled with the voices of loved ones.

I love to dress beautifully. The desire to look elegant has started to pay off — I’ve taken on the role of a fashion influencer. I have great respect for the work of designers; there is a lot of magic and love for women in it. A beautiful outfit is inspiration and respect for those around you.

While promoting brand reputations, I inadvertently began to develop my own, which has brought pleasant bonuses. The main one is meeting wonderful people. I have been most inspired by our women — entrepreneurs and lawyers, athletes and educators, scientists and philanthropists. At all levels of our society, women have demonstrated a high class. I believe this is just the beginning of a great story that will inspire young generations of Kazakh women.

How do you prefer to relax during the New Year holidays?
For a long time, I celebrated New Year abroad, trying to spend all the festive holidays in a warm country. But lately, I want to celebrate the holiday at home with family — with traditional Olivier salad, a Christmas tree, and definitely snow outside the window.

I choose outfits for outings and events in advance, so I always have time to put together a complete look, not ignoring accessories. I often travel for work, so if I find something I like while there, I buy it to avoid wasting time shopping in Almaty.

This year is considered transformational; changes have also come my way. I am grateful for the events that allowed me to work on my inner world and find harmony. My work is always filled with launches of new digital projects and numerous achievements. Amid all of this, it is important for me to recognize the value of life itself and to choose myself more often.
