The city's public services are operating at an increased capacity due to the heavy snowfall that occurred on December 20. From 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, the city recorded 12 cm of snow, while the mountainous areas received 18 cm.

To prevent icy conditions, the roads have been treated with anti-icing materials twice, utilizing 2450 tons of the mixture. The first phase of the work was completed by 4:00 PM, with the second phase starting at 5:30 PM. Road clearing commenced at 10:00 PM, involving 21 fleets of specialized equipment.

A total of 603 units of machinery are being used, including 130 sand spreaders and 70 vehicles for clearing sidewalks, bus stops, and crossings. During the day, 1034 workers are deployed, while 957 work at night.

Since December 16, over 46,000 m³ of snow has been removed from the city. The main stages of snow removal include treating the roads for every 5 cm of fresh snow, clearing and transporting snowdrifts, and cleaning areas along the curbs.
